„Assistance needed! Our production is flooded!“ The email arrived directly from California. At our customer NASSCO, a large shipyard, a storm had flooded the workshops – along with our plate edge milling machine. These words made this clear: We needed a solution immediately. Every minute of production downtime means losses. That is precisely why, a few phone calls later, we were on our way to California. Once the water had been pumped out, we assessed the damage: extensive water damage, especially to the milling support.

Our prompt support to facilitate production illustrates the attitude that is particularly important to me at Graebener: we strive with all our energy to ensure production reliability for our customers and to provide assistance as fast as possible in emergencies. This is precisely why many customers have been with us for decades. They know that we don't just provide them with a machine or system that meets the highest technical and quality standards.
