Graebener® post-bending presses are the quick and economic alternative to the pre-bending process when producing LSAW pipes with a wall thickness of up to 40 mm. In contrast to the pre-bending process, the straight longitudinal ends of the open seam pipe are reduced to a minimum after the pipe bending process. In 6 o'clock position, the longitudinal edges of are post-bent in a step-by-step process.
Compared to the roll pre-bending machine, your Graebener® post-bending press avoids any crushed plate edges. Depending on the tool you can optimally post-bend pipes with gap widths of up to 100 mm. In case of varying pipe diameters, the exchange of individual tool components is simple and operator-friendly.
