In Hydroline Schrupp GmbH & Co. KG, an affiliated company, we have pooled our entire know-how on the sector of hydraulics. When designing our machines we can ideally match mechanics, electrics and hydraulics to offer optimum solutions for our customers.

From the individual consulting up to the highly efficient hydraulic unit we – with Hydroline Schrupp – support and accompany customers on their path to the optimum solution – for example with the modernization of old hydraulic systems at machines and lines. Our experience is based on comprehensive knowledge in the field of classic oil hydraulics up to the field of water hydraulics for the active media hydroforming (internal and external).

Oil Hydraulics

  • The oil hydraulics comprises of all components necessary for the control of the individual axes during the process. Functions such as ram movement, tool functions as well as the movement of horizontal cylinders are controlled via the oil hydraulic system.


Water Hydraulics for Hydroforming

  • The so-called HFA is an oil-in-water emulsion which is vital for the hydroforming process. The water hydraulics prepares the active medium HFA, filters it and introduces it into the forming process. Pressure intensifiers (up to 4,000 bar) and pressure control are main components of the water hydraulics for the error-free hydroforming of complex component geometries.
